IPO Planning & Execution

- Lead the end-to-end IPO process from preparation to successful listing.

- Develop and execute the IPO roadmap in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive organizational readiness for public listing, including governance, compliance, and regulatory preparedness.

- Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsels, Auditors, Registrars, Stock Exchanges, and Regulatory Authorities.
