Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading logistics and transportation organization in Dubai is hiring a Head of Sales Road Transportation and Last Mile Distribution. This is a build and scale mandate. You will own the commercial strategy for road freight and last mile win large contracts and build a high performing sales team across the UAE and wider GCC.

Responsibilities

• Drive GCC and UAE domestic road transportation sales across own fleet and market trucks.
• Onboard a minimum of two large last mile or secondary distribution contracts each year.
• Secure back loads to optimize fleet utilization and improve margins.
• Build verticals across FMCG retail pharma oil and gas automotive and construction.
• Own pricing strategy contract negotiations and commercial governance.
