Responsibilities: Achieve sales and revenue targets and related KRAs. Lead and mentor the sales team. Deliver the client value proposition. Define the customer experience golden thread andensure delivery through the sales team and Marketingdivisions digital team. Set up client experience measures and feedbackexercises, using the results to motivate for and drivecontinuous improvement.
