Role: Head of Quality / Quality Leader at the plant with responsibility for leading a Quality Driven Culture, primary voice of the customer in the plant, and disciplinary head for plant quality teams and overall plant quality performance against KPIs.
Role focus: Define, lead, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across the plant/campus, ensuring product and process excellence, compliance with customer requirements (e.g., OEMs), and adherence to international standards (e.g., IATF, ISO).
Context: Acts as a strategic partner to Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive zero-defect culture, customer satisfaction, and operational performance through data‑driven quality management and continuous improvement.
