Participation and implementation of PUQ quality Strategy ensuring customer satisfaction 
PUQ-A policy deployment and quality targets break down, contracting and support by exchange of best practices and Lessons Learned within plants 
Steer supply chain quality risks, including contingency planning and mitigation of supplier quality disruptions for > 20 worldwide plants 
Team management and coordination 
Ensures implementation and compliance of standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across all plants 
X-functional and x-location coordination of supplier quality assurance topics (incl. EFFR) 
Ensuring correct supplier quality data management in all locations 
Monitoring of main KPI’s assuring transparency, top offenders and quality improvements (PDCA)
