Head of Projects — Retail Operations & Expansion

Lenskart is scaling its retail footprint across India, and we're looking for a Head of Projects to own both sides of that growth: running our existing store network at a high bar, and leading the planning, build-out, and launch of new stores.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll sit at the intersection of operations and project delivery, coordinating real estate, design, supply chain, and store teams to open sites on time, on budget, and ready to perform from day one.

What you'll do
- Own day-to-day operations across the existing store network — driving consistency, efficiency, and performance against KPIs.
- Lead the full new-store lifecycle: site evaluation, fit-out, vendor management, timelines, and go-live readiness.
