Job Description:

Leadership/Vision

• Align vision and direction for new Junior Programme and conceptualise appropriate instructional initiatives that are in line with the school’s strategic plan and needs of the students.
• Provide professional leadership for the areas-in charge so as to ensure high quality teaching and ensure improved standards of student outcomes.
• Design and spearhead the implementation of the curriculum of the 6 learning domains and new initiatives.
• Communicate and lead the new Junior Programme in initiatives and duties which will bring out positive school effectiveness and improvement.
• Communicate with different stakeholders and foster positive and effective collaborations.

Strategic Planning and Administration

• Contribute to school’s new Junior Programme, strategic planning and review process.
