As we enter our next era, we are strengthening our production governance, standards, and systems to ensure long‑term excellence.

We are seeking a Head of Production who will elevate weekly broadcast quality while building long‑term production discipline and structure.

The Mandate

This is a working leadership role combining strategic oversight and hands‑on execution.

The Head of Production will:

• Lead the production of one (1) 30‑minute episode per week
• Oversee pre‑production, taping, and post‑production workflows
