In this key position, you will take over the management of the production area with around 120 employees working in multiple shifts and make a decisive contribution to the efficiency, quality, and innovative capacity of our manufacturing. You have sound practical experience and a deep understanding of production-related processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth operations, continuously developing manufacturing processes, and working closely with the engineering, logistics, and planning departments.
