Job Summary: Creative Chaos is actively seeking Head of Product for a leadership role combining product strategy, technical execution, and client engagement . This is not a purely technical role. You’ll be equally focused on business and stakeholder success (understanding client needs, driving implementations, enabling revenue) and internal product leadership (shaping roadmaps, managing engineering alignment).

Job Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

• Lead the full lifecycle of product development for:
  • Mass Transit Tap-and-Pay systems (contactless, NFC, QR, card acquiring)
  • Telco Credit Top-Up / Airtime Distribution systems (multi-operator, agent-based, real-time)
  • Digital Wallet and Payment Integration (API orchestration, reconciliation, compliance)
• Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, and KPIs.
