Head of Product & Ecosystem Management

As Head of Product & Ecosystem Management, you will lead the central function responsible for product portfolio strategy, roadmap governance, and scalable product platforms within RHI Magnesita Switzerland’s reshaped organization. You are responsible for steering the product portfolio across its lifecycle and for developing a scalable, standardized, and profitable product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Defining and governing product portfolio strategy, roadmap direction and full lifecycle ownership from business case to phase‑out and value realization.
• Leading, developing and aligning PM, PMO, SQI and I&R functions, ensuring execution discipline, portfolio transparency and effective resource allocation.
