As Head of Product & Ecosystem Management , you will lead the central function responsible for product portfolio strategy, roadmap governance, and scalable product platforms within RHI Magnesita Switzerland’s reshaped organization. You are responsible for steering the product portfolio across its lifecycle and for developing a scalable, standardized, and profitable product ecosystem.
In this role, you lead PM, PMO, SQI, and steer I&R, ensuring that product ideas, roadmaps, lifecycle decisions, and ecosystem partnerships are aligned with business strategy, customer value, and operational feasibility.
