Role: Head of R&D & Product Development – Mexico (Battery-Driven Fail Safe Energy Systems)

Location: Monterrey (LATAM HQ), Mexico Role Purpose

As a key member of the global technology leadership team, the Head of R&D & Product Development will architect and lead Clarios’ strategic product development capability in Mexico. This executive role is accountable for transforming the regional footprint into a globally integrated innovation hub, delivering intelligent fail‑safe energy systems. The role will oversee a rapidly scaling organization expected to exceed 100+ FTEs, spanning embedded systems, functional safety, systems engineering, and advanced testing.
