Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development for European apparel customers, with a strong focus on women‘s wear .
• Drive seasonal developments from concept and sampling through to order placement.
• Work closely with buyers, designers, fabric mills, and factories to develop commercially viable products.
• Source and develop new fabrics, trims, washes, and value-added techniques.
• Ensure developments meet customer expectations on design, quality, fit, costing, and timelines.
