During an exciting period of transformation, we are looking for a commercially driven leader to shape and deliver the future of pricing at Royal Mail. In this newly created role as Head of Pricing Development & Delivery, you will define and own the roadmap that unlocks value across our current platforms while guiding our transition to a modern SAP BRIM environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will turn pricing strategy into tangible outcomes and ultimately drive revenue growth, improve margin, and strengthen our capability for the future.
This is a high‑impact role where you’ll balance short‑term delivery with long‑term transformation, ensuring pricing is fully embedded across systems, processes and commercial decision‑making.
