As Head of Operations Strategy (Germany) you will report to the General Manager and set Voi’s operations strategy across the region, driving scalable, efficient, and high-performing operations. In this role, you will define operating models, optimise cost and performance, and ensure strong alignment between local markets and central functions to support business growth and operational excellence.
