Role Overview
The

Operational Head

will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operational framework of Dealing.com, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning across trading operations, client onboarding, payments, compliance coordination, vendor management, and internal controls.
This role is critical in scaling operations across regulated markets while maintaining high service standards, regulatory discipline, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Process Management
Oversee daily operational activities including:
Client onboarding & KYC coordination
Trading & post-trade operations
Payments, settlements, and reconciliations
Client support operations (in coordination with CS teams)
Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs across all operational functions.
Ensure operational scalability to support growth in client base, products, and geographies.
