Head of Motor Recovery - Motor Claims Department About the job Our client is a leading Insurance group based in UAE, seeking to hire a Head of Motor Recovery - Motor Claims Department for their Head office in Abu Dhabi. The position will be reporting to the Head of Motor Department .
Job Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Motor Recovery Department, overseeing all aspects of the department's operations, including staff management, budgeting, and performance management.
- Develop and implement recovery strategies and procedures to maximize recoveries and minimize costs.
- Ensure the timely and efficient handling of motor recovery claims, including liaising with third‑party recovery agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, claims handlers, and senior management, to ensure the effective management of motor recovery claims.
