Team Leadership & People Development:** Scale and lead the Key User team, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive team performance through coaching in sales excellence, acquisition, and strategic account management. Enable the team with sufficient user knowledge and technical expertise to serve key users effectively.
Strategic Channel Management:** Assume full responsibility for turnover, profit, and market share for the Bosch Power Tools portfolio within the direct-to-user channel. Develop and implement the local D2U channel strategy aligned with regional and country objectives.
Business Development & Key Account Steering:** Generate profitable market share gains by identifying, acquiring, and developing a portfolio of large professional companies. Oversee the management of large national and public tenders from acquisition to fulfillment.
