In this role, you will lead our Key Accounts team, managing and developing relationships with our National Fleet customers to achieve targets for parts revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime. Working closely with colleagues across the business, including Regional Operations, Sales and other internal departments, you will ensure our key customers receive a first-class service while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow existing partnerships.
