            Key Responsibilities  1. Investment Strategy & Business Development  Develop and execute the Company’s investment strategy across mining, metals, energy, commodity trading and industrial sectors. 
Identify strategic investment, acquisition, joint venture and partnership opportunities in ASEAN, China and other international markets. 
Build and maintain relationships with project owners, government agencies, financial institutions, strategic partners and industry stakeholders. 
 2. Investment Evaluation & Due Diligence  Lead commercial, operational and financial evaluation of investment opportunities. 
Conduct market research, industry analysis, feasibility studies and risk assessment. 
Coordinate financial modelling, valuation analysis and investment return assessment. 
Manage legal, financial, technical and compliance due diligence processes.
