Head of Instrumentation position based on site in rural Cambridgeshire, with travel to meet customers or attend events. This is a full-time permanent role with salary negotiable depending on experience.
The Head of Instrumentation will lead the team, directing and driving the sales, product management and technical support teams to maximise gross profit from the sale and support of instruments worldwide. The successful candidate will balance a combination of leadership and hands-on activity to meet yearly sales and gross profit targets.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Head of Instrumentation is responsible for strategic product management, sales growth and after-sales support of the range of personal, portable and fixed gas detection instruments, via distribution and directly to OEMs and end users.
