About the Role

We are seeking a Head of IT Operations to lead the stability, resilience, and execution of IT operations across Southern Africa Business Unit, while supporting delivery across the Africa Zone. This role is critical in enabling business transformation through reliable, scalable technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT operational performance across BU SA and provide oversight across Africa Zone markets
• Drive execution of technology strategy through stable and scalable IT operations
• Oversee core IT services including infrastructure, networks, applications, and end-user services
• Act as senior escalation point for major incidents
• Partner with business stakeholders as a trusted technology advisor
• Lead and develop IT teams and external partners across geographies

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
