Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing HR Technology teams and enterprise-scale HR platforms. Strong experience with leading HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar enterprise solutions. Experience managing Talent Acquisition, ATS, Skills Management, Learning, and Workforce Analytics platforms. Proven track record of leading large-scale HR digital transformation initiatives.
