The role is pivotal in building and sustaining our talent pipeline across event‑led F&B operations and football stadia, while also supporting the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with operational leaders, this role partners the business on both hiring and people matters, navigating the Spanish hospitality landscape, local employment practices, and regional talent markets. This is a hands‑on role, combining talent acquisition delivery with HR generalist responsibilities.
