Work actively to manage and deliver HR Shared Services with responsibility for Regional HR SSC located in Europe/ Americas/Asia
Create shape of future Regional SSC direction and strategy development in cooperation and alignment of Regional HR Responsible, Global HR SSC Head, SSC Management Team and Centers of Expertise
Coordinate middle and long-term goals of the Regional SSC, develop and implement a strategy to achieve them
Responsible for Employees within Regional SSC. Create an environment where all Employees are engaged and constantly learning
Perform a key role in leadership, coaching, driving engagement, diversity and mentoring efforts
Deliver SLAs/KPIs and improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the operations for all HR processes each year
Ensure adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies within the Regional SSC
