**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns.
- 7 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in employment laws, regulations and labour relations, including experience with employee representative bodies.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- HR Transformation experience.
- Demonstrated communication skills with an understanding of how to communicate large complex change, with effective analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English and a Nordic language fluently, to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
