            Responsibilities  Build and manage the business operating system, including scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythms, and accountability structures. 
Hire and lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for social growth, podcasting, speaking outreach, sales pipelines, and AI automation. 
Implement and manage AI-driven workflows to increase team velocity and reduce manual tasks. 
Translate long-term strategic goals into weekly execution targets for social media, revenue, and engagement. 
Protect the founder's time by managing priorities and ensuring the team operates autonomously. 
 Requirements  5+ years of experience leading teams, including managing 7+ people simultaneously. 
3+ years in operations, chief of staff, agency ops, or founder support roles. 
Proven experience building and managing KPI dashboards, weekly scorecards, or reporting systems.
