Shifts:Mon-Fri, 36 hours per week
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our clients head office / HQ in the North Liverpool as a Head Of Governance. Our client is a well known property and housing company and the main responsibility as a Head Of Governance will be to lead governance excellence, ensuring that theres a key focus on robust assurance, regulatory compliance and effective board decision making.
As the Head Of Governance, youll do the following: shape the governance framework, influence board and committee effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance and assurance alongside driving a culture of integrity, transparency and accountability.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
