The role of Global TA Manager is crucial in ensuring the company's workforce is skilled, diverse and aligned with organizational goals. The Head of Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate processes and reporting regarding TA performance (KPIs, metrics, req status updates) and process adherence (data quality, ATS workflow, compliance). It is essential you are a strong communicator with an excellent ability to build good and trusting working relationships.
