Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet organisational targets Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, partners, and stakeholders Lead and motivate a diverse fundraising team to optimise performance and engagement Identify new funding opportunities through research and innovative approaches Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in fundraising activities Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing strategic insights to senior management
