Head of ERP Support (Based at CMS I-Systems Sdn Bhd, Kuching)
Responsibilities :
Primarily responsible in providing support for Enterprise Resource Planning systems implemented within the company. He / She should be able to analyse the systems and work directly with the users and management to define the system requirements, design and propose the best workable solutions, configure the software and train or guide the employees;
Deploying and supporting ERP solutions internally;
Analysing and troubleshooting all cases / issues logged and providing solutions;
Identifying and maintaining regular contacts with the internal users. Respond to the users queries in a timely and professional manner and follow up on them until satisfied;
Evaluating existing business process flow and recommend for improvement;
Running diagnostics tests in identifying the operational and technical issue root cause;
