Track record of building and developing engineers and emerging leads, owning hiring, the performance bar, and the talent density of the teams you run.
Demonstrated ownership of how a team delivers, including planning, prioritisation, and the operating cadence that turns roadmap into predictable, reliable delivery against business commitments.
A current and hands-on technical foundation, with the depth to own the architecture and build-vs-buy decisions directly and stay credible in the codebase.
The judgement and stakeholder credibility to make commitments on behalf of engineering, manage trade-offs with product and commercial leadership, and be held to the outcomes.
