Core Requirements:

• BEng / BSc in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years experience in renewable energy / power / electrical engineering
• Proven expertise in:
  • Solar PV system design (utility-scale or C&I)
  • Electrical system design (MV/HV advantageous)
  • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Demonstrated leadership experience:
  • Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager / Technical Lead level
  • Managing and mentoring engineering teams
  • Setting technical direction and standards
• Experience within IPPs, EPCs, or large-scale energy projects

ECSA registration (PrEng) advantageous
