About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Electrical and Renewables Training to lead and grow our specialist training division.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and delivering the strategic vision for electrical and renewables training, ensuring high-quality training provision, commercial growth, operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Training, you will lead a team of managers, trainers and support staff, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement across the division.
