Objectives:

Accountable for the Credit Risk function across the Shojin Group of companies, including reviewing the structuring of real estate transactions, and managing risks across the company’s portfolio. This position requires a seasoned risk professional with extensive experience in real estate financing, restructuring and recovery strategies within the private equity sector. Show strong commercial acumen and operational discipline in implementing and monitoring the function, through robust systems and controls to support business expansion in the UK and Globally.
