About the Client Our client a leading bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior credit leader to head the Corporate Credit function within its Wholesale Banking Group.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the corporate credit function overseeing credit approvals, structuring and underwriting of complex corporate transactions.
- Monitor portfolio quality ensuring early identification of risks and proactive mitigation actions in line with credit policies.
- Review and guide credit applications to ensure high‑quality standards, accuracy and compliance with internal frameworks.
- Partner with coverage, product and risk teams to support transaction structuring and client engagement on risk‑related matters.
- Oversee team performance, capability development and efficient resource allocation while maintaining governance and policy adherence.
