Our client is looking for a seasoned Head of Compliance, to lead the Asia region team based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and retain a 15+-member team in SG & HK, ensuring smooth integration.Lead and manage the regional compliance function, covering regulatory compliance, AML/FCC and compliance monitoring.Ensure consistent implementation of global compliance policies while addressing local regulatory requirements.Act as a trusted adviser to regional senior management and business heads on compliance and regulatory risks.Oversee regulatory interactions, examinations, and issue remediation across Asia.Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the bank's activities.Strengthen compliance culture through training, governance, and effective escalation mechanisms.
