Wycliffe is seeking a committed and experienced Head of Futures to lead the design and delivery of an outstanding programme of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG). This is a pivotal role in preparing our pupils for the opportunities and challenges of life beyond school; whether in further study, apprenticeships, or employment.

The Head of Futures will have both operational and strategic responsibilities: coordinating day‑to‑day provision, guiding pupils individually at key transitions, and embedding CEIAG across the curriculum in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks. You will also manage the careers budget, line‑manage the Careers Administrator, and report regularly on destination data and impact. With strong partnerships already in place, you will work closely with employers, universities, training providers, alumni, and parents to enrich the careers offer.
