I. Business Development Strategy
- Formulate policy directions and business development strategies to achieve long-term corporate growth and sales targets at a national level.
- Continuously develop strategies regarding pricing, volume, and cost decisions to achieve corporate business targets.
- Provide strategic direction for business expansion, including imports, toll manufacturing, and other initiatives.
- Coordinate the implementation of business development decisions across Sales Distribution, Marketing, Sales Promotion, Production, SCM, HR, and other relevant units.
- Transform the corporate business structure by optimizing the business value chain related to supply and distribution.
