Overall responsibility for identifying, developing and acquiring new clients, and in enabling the farming of existing clients in the Asia Pacific region.
Devise strategies for driving sales growth and to manage sales pipeline in a CRM tool
Ensuring the Asia Pacific region is on track to deliver its sales budget and identifying opportunities for underperforming customers
Provide leadership and guidance for the Business Development teams in Asia Pacific
Form internal relationships with local and international colleagues to ensure maximisation of opportunities across the broader business
Maintains contact with customers to ensure their expectations are clarified, understood and met. Is able to balance the customers need for flexibility and innovation with commercial reality
