We are partnered with an established player in the small molecule space who are seeking a Head of Business Development for a new business unit, which will be providing API CDMO services globally.

This individual will be the first sales hire for this unit and start out as an individual contributor, before later building out a team underneath them.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead global business development efforts for the API CDMO business unit, driving revenue growth and market penetration across key regions
• Identify, target, and secure new client partnerships across biotech, pharma, and emerging biotech companies
• Build and execute a strategic commercial plan aligned with the company’s capabilities and long-term growth objectives
