Role Overview : The Head of Analytics is responsible for leading the organization’s client-facing analytics capability, with a focus on turning data into actionable, trusted insights that help our clients with decision-making. This role must think strategically, engage multiple stakeholders, and evolve our current function. The scope spans analytics, data integration, reporting, and advanced analytics, ensuring the organization can effectively help our clients leverage data from multiple platforms and systems. The role is analytics-led rather than broadly “data-led.” While data governance, security, and compliance strategies are owned by dedicated functions, the Head of Analytics is expected to be governance-aware and to ensure that analytics solutions appropriately consider privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
