            Minimum qualifications:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 
10 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. 
5 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development. 
 Preferred qualifications:  Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc). 
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.
