What You Need

• Education: Engineering or technical degree preferred—Engineering (any discipline), Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, or Data Science (with Matric certificate).
• Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleaning) and basic SQL (or a strong interest in learning it).
• Automation & Platform Experience: Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, ActiveCampaign, MessageBird) and Power BI/Looker Studio.
