We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and scale our Account Management function for the Portuguese market as part of our Customer Experience (CX) organization.
Reporting to the Accounts Senior Director , you will work closely with fellow Area Managers and cross‑functional teams to design and execute strategic initiatives focused on upselling, retention, customer satisfaction, and activation across our existing client base.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building high‑performing teams, and is motivated by turning customer insights and data into measurable business impact. You will play a key role in shaping how we grow long‑term value with our customers, while continuously improving processes, performance, and customer experience.
