The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in collections strategy, regulatory compliance, legal recoveries, and team leadership Job Responsibilities Lead and drive the end-to-end collections and recovery function across the NPA portfolio, ensuring optimal recovery performance and portfolio quality Develop and execute robust recovery strategies across early, mid, and late-stage delinquency buckets, including 60 DPD cases to maximize collections and minimize credit losses. Leverage MIS, analytics, and performance dashboards to drive data-backed decision-making, portfolio monitoring, and continuous process improvement.
