Candidate Profile - M.Sc / PhD in Chemistry / Polymer Science
- 8+ years in resin R&D
- Experience across alkyds, polyesters, acrylics, curing agents, emulsions
- Proven scale-up and commercialization experience
- Exposure to listed coatings applications preferred
