Head, GRS TRM
Second line of defence responsibilities:
I am responsible for the second line of defence responsibilities related to TRM, which includes:
•

Ensuring that principles of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and corresponding policies and standards are embedded in the TRM GRS team.
•

Ensuring the effectiveness of the risk controls, monitoring of compliance to the approved risk metrics.
•

Escalating material exceptions to senior management and risk committees.
•

Making decisions within delegated authorities and maintaining necessary expertise to manage such risks
