Head Gardener – Vacancy

A passionate and motivated Head Gardener required to lead the maintenance of a recently planted garden surrounding a magnificent Lutyens/Jekyll designed house on an estate in Surrey. Working closely with the garden designer, they will ensure the gardens and grounds are maintained to an exceptional standard whilst preserving their historic character and design integrity.

The estate consists of:

• Herbaceous and shrub borders.
• Established climbers.
• Developing and established woodlands.
• Native heathland.
• Kitchen garden with vegetables and cut flowers for the house.
• Developing wildflower meadows and native hedgerows.
• Recently planted ornamental trees
